NCM Corps 2020

The publication of Defence Strategy 2020 focussed attention on the Canadian Forces (CF) mandate to transform itself and be innovative. In response to these challenges, the CF leadership has undertaken to craft a strategic vision to outline and highlight the priorities for officer and non-commissioned member (NCM) professional development (PD) for the new millennium.
