The Unit Command Team Course

The Unit Command Team Course will present future Commanding Officers (CO) of Regular and Reserve Canadian Army Unit with the knowledge, skills and other attributes to command, train and administer an Army unit in all Land Force tactical operations and environments, and in a Joint or Combined tactical operation. As a close team member with the CO, future Regimental Sergeants-major will also participate to get a better understanding of the KSAs required to lead an Army unit to properly assist the unit CO.
