As we celebrate Black History Month this February, we take pride in highlighting the significant contributions and successes of Black entrepreneurs across Canada.

Korexcaliber Inc., located in Saint John, New Brunswick, is a dynamic media and entertainment company. As a newcomer to Canada, the founder of Korexcaliber embraced the challenges of starting a business with determination and resilience. With the right support, Korexcaliber successfully navigated these challenges and emerged stronger, showcasing the power of perseverance and innovation.

Korexcaliber designed and built a robust web presence, developed comprehensive digital marketing and sales strategy for B2B, and engaged in creative discovery sessions that culminated in newcomer empowerment campaign initiatives, social media campaigns, and alignment with organizations like Bell and Envision Saint John. These efforts have significantly improved the company's reach and revenue.

"I want to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible support throughout my journey as a newcomer and entrepreneur in Atlantic Canada,” said Korex, founder of Korexcaliber Inc. “Your (ACOA’s) guidance has opened doors of opportunity not only for my business but for others. My ideas have become reality. Here's to a future filled with more fruitful collaborations.”

Celebrating Black entrepreneurship means acknowledging the resilience, creativity, and innovation that Black business owners bring to the table. It means recognizing the unique challenges they face and the triumphs they achieve despite these obstacles. By celebrating their stories, we inspire future generations of entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams and contribute to the economic and cultural fabric of our communities.

As we look to the future, we remain committed to supporting Black entrepreneurs and celebrating their contributions to our economy and communities. Their success is a testament to the strength and vibrancy of the business community in Canada.
