Call to action

The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) has earmarked $20 million for clean technology projects that will promote clean growth in Atlantic Canada.

Through this Call to Action, the Agency is inviting Atlantic Canadian companies and communities to develop projects that could benefit from ACOA funding.

This Call to Action aligns with the Atlantic Growth Strategy, through which the Government of Canada and the governments of the four Atlantic Provinces will focus joint federal and provincial efforts and resources on five main areas of action, including clean growth and climate change.

Adopting clean technology processes can lead to costsavings and increased output, which is good for your bottom line.

By developing products and services that promote clean growth, you will play a key role in diversifying the region’s economy, open up new markets and generate good jobs for Atlantic Canadians.

Applications should be submitted by March 31, 2017. To submit a funding application for a clean technology project, contact the ACOA office nearest you.
