The Government of Canada, through ACOA, is investing $262,696 in seven projects across Prince Edward Island to help strengthen the tourism industry and position it for a strong recovery once the COVID-19 pandemic is over.

Promote PEI artists and small rural communities.

Support for Film Industry Fundamentals Training Program Development.
Island Trails $40,000
Develop and market a 700 km hiking route around Prince Edward Island.
Tourism Industry Association of Prince Edward Island $95,000
Conduct Atlantic Canada tourism research to help the industry cope with COVID-19 challenges.
