Eastern Prince Edward Island will benefit from investments to help bring people back to public spaces safely


The Government of Canada invests more than $481,000 in three community shared spaces to stimulate local economies, create jobs, and improve the quality of life of Canadians.

Glenaladale Heritage Trust Inc.

Project: This project supports Glenaladale Estate improvements such as  restoration work, multi-lingual interpretation and sculptural forest development. 

Total: $300,000

Client name: Tracadie Community Centre

Project: This project supports Tracadie Community Centre improvements such as upgrading equipment and developing outdoor activities.  

Total: $150,000

Client name: Montague Volunteer Fire Brigade Inc.

Project: This project supports community fire hall upgrades, such as improved lighting, signage and improved accessibility.  

Total: $31,892

Total: $481,892
