Eligible organizations in Atlantic Canada are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the BEP Ecosystem Fund by Friday, December 12, 2025. An ACOA representative will follow up with you to discuss your project.

The Ecosystem Fund is a key component of the Black Entrepreneurship Program (BEP), a national initiative to break down barriers and create opportunities for Black entrepreneurs. It strengthens the Black entrepreneurship ecosystem by supporting Black-led, non-profit organizations to deliver high-impact business services from mentorship and networking to training, outreach and capacity building.

ACOA is delivering $6.8 million to support organizations in Atlantic Canada to help Black entrepreneurs access the resources they need to start, grow and succeed in business.

Eligible organizations in Atlantic Canada can submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the BEP Ecosystem Fund.

Please complete the EOI form and email it to bis-sie@acoa-apeca.gc.ca by Friday, December 12, 2025. Once received, an ACOA representative will contact you to discuss your project and next steps.
