These roles rotate every year from deputy heads across the Government of Canada. The Chair enters their role after being the Co-Chair in the previous year.

GCWCC National Cabinet Members
The GCWCC National Cabinet provides leadership and advice to the campaign. It includes departmental leaders from every region across Canada, a council of young public servants, and representatives for federal retirees.
The National Cabinet’s goal is to create a campaign where all public servants and retirees can participate no matter where they are.
National Chair’s Office
The National Chair’s Office supports the GCWCC Chair and Co-Chair in executing a successful campaign.
The Chair’s Office implements the National Chair’s vision and objectives and provides support and guidance to GCWCC departmental teams.

GCWCC Youth Council
The Youth Council amplifies a range of emerging professional voices of in the GCWCC. They empower leadership at all levels, champion fresh ideas, lead innovative initiatives, and create opportunities to network and build skills for the future. Early engagement builds the GCWCC’s future and cultivates the next generation of donors, champions and public service leaders.
Strengthen your departmental campaign by including young voices, respecting their time, tailoring messages to what matters to them, and showcasing meaningful ways to get involved.
The Youth Council is made up of a diverse group of young leaders from across Canada, led by two Co-Chairs and executive advisors.
In 2016, the Youth Council launched ProjectBe, an initiative created by and for young public servants to connect them with urgent community needs.
