Temporary assignments

The Loaned Representative Program offers federal public service employees a unique chance to build their skills and contribute to their communities by working alongside GCWCC United Way Centraide local managers. Each year, about 25 placements are available. Assignments of 16 weeks or less, and 12-month interchanges are available. The home organization maintains salary and benefits for both opportunities.
