Member of Parliament Darren Fisher to Make Announcement about Funding for the Acadian Community in Nova Scotia

HALIFAX – Mr. Darren Fisher, MP for Dartmouth–Cole Harbour, will be in Halifax on Thursday to announce support for the Fédération acadienne de la Nouvelle-Écosse in Halifax.

Mr. Fisher will be joined by Mr. Darrell Samson, MP for Sackville–Preston–Chezzetcook, and Mr. Colin Fraser, MP for Nova-West.

Mr. Fisher will make this announcement on behalf of the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage.
