Official Inauguration of the Canada 150 Rink on Parliament Hill

OTTAWA – The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, and the Honourable Kent Hehr, Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, will inaugurate the Canada 150 Rink and invite Canadians and visitors to enjoy public skating and sporting events on the Canada 150 Rink on Parliament Hill.
Media representatives will need Parliamentary Press Gallery accreditation to access the designated media area.
All media representatives who are not members of the Parliamentary Press Gallery must apply for temporary accreditation in advance. Those interested should contact Marc Fortier, Acting Manager of Multi-Media Events, by email at marc.fortier@parl.gc.ca no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 6, 2017.
