Minister Duncan to Speak at the Opening Ceremonies of the 2018 NACAC Championships

TORONTO – The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Sport, will be in Toronto on Saturday to attend the opening ceremonies of the 2018 North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletic Association Championships. Minister Duncan will speak at the ceremonies and will hand out medals to the athletes.
