Minister Rodriguez Speech Will Mark the Launch of Black History Month

OTTAWA – The Honourable Pablo Rodriguez, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Multiculturalism, will give a speech at the National Arts Centre on Friday to mark the start of Black History Month. The theme of Black History Month 2019 is Black Youth: Boundless, Rooted and Proud.
