QUEBEC The Honourable Bardish Chagger, Minister of Diversity and Inclusion and Youth, will make a virtual visit to Quebec on Friday October 23, 2020. During the announcement, she will announce the recipients of the Anti-Racism Action Program and meet with community stakeholders.
