Government of Canada to announce support for the Chester Playhouse

CHESTER, Nova Scotia – Andy Fillmore, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry and Member of Parliament (Halifax), will announce funding in support of the reopening of the Chester Playhouse on Sunday, August 27. He will make this announcement on behalf of the Honourable Pascale St-Onge, Minister of Canadian Heritage, and the Honourable Gudie Hutchings, Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency and Minister of Rural Economic Development.

Please note that street and other parking may be limited near the Chester Playhouse. Media should plan accordingly.
