The movement in the design mirrors the movement of the stairwell.
As you're moving up the steps, you're almost going on your own experience of interacting with this design, and you're going on your own journey!
In terms of like the the skin tone colors that I chose, I wanted to really emphasize the diversity in these people and so that the viewer could see themselves in it, regardless of who they are.
