Fraud Prevention Forum partners join forces to promote fraud awareness in Toronto

The Competition Bureau and 11 of its partners from the Fraud Prevention Forum will be appearing at the Yonge Eglinton Centre to share tips and tools to help Canadians defend themselves against fraudsters:

• Canadian Bankers Association
• First Canadian Title
• Findhelp/211 Central
• Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services
• Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council

• Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Ontario division
• TD Bank

Experts from these organizations will share information about how to fight fraud and answer questions.

Fraud Prevention Month is an annual awareness campaign that provides Canadians with the information they need to recognize, reject and report fraud.
