All test and case summary information reflects data entered into CSC’s Offender Health Information System Electronic Medical Record (EMR) up until 11 pm Eastern Time, the day prior to publication.
Pending results and negative results are no longer shown on the testing table. Given the testing technologies now available, results of large-scale testing are now available quickly. And the number of negative tests are the total tests minus the positive inmate cases.

- Outbreak sites are defined as institutions with positive cases and known COVID-19 transmission on site. This differs from institutions with positive cases detected on admission/transfer but no evidence of transmission on site. The latter are marked with an asterisk (*) in this table.
- End dates for outbreak sites are 28 days after the last recovered date or as directed by public health. Projected outbreak end dates are denoted with a (P). End dates for sites with positive cases but no evidence of COVID-19 transmission vary depending on the nature of the situation.
- All outbreak and positive case summary information reflects data entered into CSC’s Offender Health Information System Electronic Medical Record (EMR) up until 2300 Eastern time, the day prior to publication.
