As a result of recommendations made by two National Boards of Investigation and pending the promulgation of CD 702 – Aboriginal Offenders, the following changes are effective immediately.

Aboriginal : as per the Constitution Act, Aboriginal peoples of Canada include the Indians, Inuits and Métis of Canada.
