Commissioner's update for offenders and their families: February 17, 2025
This content is a message to federal offenders and their families from Correctional Service Canada's (CSC's) Commissioner.
In case you missed it, you can submit art and poetry to showcase your talent and appreciation for volunteers during National Volunteer Week from April 27 to May 4. Community supports have been an important part of many people’s journey, and this is a great way to say thanks.
Approved submissions will be posted on CSC’s website at the end of April for our volunteers and your family, friends, and anyone to see. You can talk to your Social Program Officer or anyone from your case management team to get more information on how to participate.
The deadline for submissions is March 7, 2025.
You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.
