Commissioner's update for offenders and their families: November 24, 2025

With the holidays approaching quickly, I am once again preparing my electronic holiday cards and would love to feature your artwork. 

If you are interested in contributing a piece of artwork, like a drawing or small painting of approximately 5 x 5 inches, please work on something and send it to us. 

You can pick from one of these festive themes to inspire your creations:

• “Windows to Winter” 
  • Snow scenes, frosted windows, or cozy indoor views
• “Symbols of Hope”
  • Stars, candles, and light motifs representing renewal and optimism
• “Holiday Traditions Around the World” 
  • Explore cultural diversity by depicting global celebrations
• “Acts of Kindness”
  • Art that illustrates giving, sharing, and community
