Shepody Healing Centre

Shepody Healing Centre is a multi-level security facility in Dorchester, New Brunswick and is 1 of 5 regional treatment centres operated by the Correctional Service of Canada.

Established in 2001, Shepody Healing Centre consists of 38 multi-level beds. In addition, Dorchester Penitentiary’s medium sector contains 15 mental health transition beds. The Centre also provides in-patient, out-patient emergency and consultative services to other facilities in the Atlantic Region.
