Response to parliamentary committees
- In February 2021, the Standing Committee on Public Accounts (PACP) published its report, entitled Report 12, Respect in the Workplace. The report draws on the findings of the 2019 Fall Report of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG).

- CSC accepted all four recommendations and will submit the reports to the Committee by the requested dates. CSC has also taken action by implementing a number of initiatives including a national comprehensive strategy on workplace wellness and employee wellbeing to continue promoting a work environment where employees are treated with respect, dignity and fairness, and one where respectful behaviour is embedded in its culture.
