Recapture of Inmate from Saskatchewan Penitentiary – Minimum Security Unit

November 2, 2015 – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – Correctional Service Canada

At approximately 11:40 a.m. on November 2, 2015, inmate Jesse Grant McMullen who had been unlawfully at large since 9:30 p.m. November 1, 2015 was apprehended by the Saskatoon City Police.

CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Ensuring the safety and security of institutions, staff, and public remains the highest priority in the operations of the federal correctional system.
