Recapture of Inmate from Dorchester Penitentiary – Minimum Security Unit

February 12, 2016 – Dorchester, New Brunswick – Correctional Service Canada

At approximately 7:40 p.m. on February 12, Jeffrey MacLean was apprehended by police. CSC and Dorchester Penitentiary are conducting a joint investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Ensuring the safety and security of institutions, staff, and public remains the highest priority in the operations of the federal correctional system.
