Modified routine at Bath Institution – Medium security unit

On February 14, 2017, at about 10:00 a.m., a modified routine was put in place at Bath Institution, a medium-security security federal institution, as a precautionary measure after some inmates showed symptoms associated with a gastrointestinal illness.

The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is working with health authorities in order to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Regularly scheduled visits may be affected. Visitors who have already planned a visit are asked to contact the institution directly.
