Recapture of Inmate from Mission Institution – Minimum security unit

At approximately 17:30 p.m. on April 25, 2018 inmate Ralph Whitfield Morris was apprehended by the Mission Detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
