Escape and recapture of inmate from Drumheller Institution – Minimum security unit

April 24, 2019 – Drumheller, Alberta – Correctional Service Canada

On April 24, 2019 staff members at Drumheller Institution minimum security unit determined that inmate Brandon Aman had left the property without authorization.

He was apprehended by Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) staff members.

CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
