Minister Champagne to participate in an armchair discussion in Montréal to discuss Budget 2025

Montréal, Québec – On November 5, the Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Finance and National Revenue, will participate in an armchair discussion at an event co-hosted by the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec and the Chambre de commerce du Montréal métropolitain.

The Minister will speak with Véronique Proulx, President and CEO of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec, about the Government of Canada’s plan to deliver generational, transformational investments to grow Canada’s economy, empower workers, create high-paying careers, and protect and support those most affected by trade disruptions.

Media are invited to attend the discussion. The Minister will take questions from the media after the event.
