Please complete the order form at  GC Forms Maple and Honey 2025 reserve your items. Once submitted, proceed with payment to confirm your order.

How to pay

Please submit payment no later than October 30, 2025, via:

• E-transfer
  • Send to NDWCC-CCMTDN@forces.gc.ca with your FULL NAME, and “Maple/Honey 2025” in the message line.

• Cash payment
  • Exact change only, accepted by a Core Team Member.
