National Defence Workplace Charitable Campaign

Get ready to make a difference! For the 2025 National Defence Workplace Charitable Campaign (NDWCC), our Champion Team is Mrs. Nancy Tremblay, ADM(Mat) and Raphaëlle Robidoux (Youth Champion) encourages us to “Give a little. Change a lot!”
The inspiration behind the slogan is the idea that small acts of kindness can lead to a big change. One person’s gift may seem small, but when many give what they can, the impacts grows. The inspiration came from seeing how workplace campaigns like NDWCC aren’t about grand gestures from a few, but about everyday generosity from everyone . It’s not about giving alot, but it’s about everyone doing their part. Together, we can building stronger communities by helping provide tools and training or support to more people, prgrams to create lasting change.
This year’s campaign runs September 11 to December 31, 2025 with a mix of in-person and virtual events.
Our goals are to be 100% canvassed and to raise over $2 million dollars for charities across Canada that support:
- those less fortunate;
- diversity groups;
- mental health and medical research; and
- organizations with strong ties to Canada’s military.
We believe this goal is within reach — because of you.
Last year, thanks to your incredible generosity, the Defence Team raised over $2.09 million. We truly wouldn’t be where we are today without your continued support.
Your contributions helped:
- Us reach our goals of being 100% canvassed but also raising over $2M;
- Helped provide support to affected employees and members who are affected by illnesses such as MS, Cancer and more
- Supported over 2,900 children in emotional well-being which resulted in reduced drug use;
- And so much more!
You made a real difference in the lives of those in need, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
Thank you for standing with us and making last year’s success possible.
Give Where It Matters Most
