NCR Online Auction for NDWCC 2025

It’s back!

The annual NCR Online NDWCC Online Auction in the NCR has returned – and the items up for grabs have never been better!

Experience the Ottawa Senators, bid on various gift baskets, purchase gift items and more. Get your holiday shopping done early!

Everything up for bid has been donated to the NDWCC free of charge. That means that 100% of the funds raised will go to the named recipients of NDWCC, Health Partners, United Way and Centraide to help us build a stronger community!

The auction is open to employees in the NCR. Bidding opens at 0800hrs on Monday 24 November 2025 and closes at 1600hrs on Friday 28 November 2025.

Winning bidders will have their credit card on file with the auction platform charged automatically when the auction closes.

The picking up of tangible items will take place between 2 - 12 December 2025 at Carling Campus. Winning bidders of digitally available items will have them sent to them during this time.

Schedule:

• 17 November 2025 (08:00) Item preview begins.
• 24 November 2025 (08:00) bidding opens.
• 28 November 2025 (16:00) bidding closes.
• Winners will be charged their winning bid to their credit car on file with the auction platform.
• 2 - 12 December 2025 (09:00-14:00) pickup of items at Carling Campus.
