Welcome to the NDWCC 2025

Launch of the Workplace Charitable Campaign

September 11, 2025

MGen Luc Girouard,  VAdm Angus Topshee and Mrs. Raphaëlle Robidoux

We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2025 National Defence Workplace Charitable Campaign (NDWCC) which forms part of the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign (GCWCC) and is one of the largest federal fundraising campaigns in Canada. The national launch of the campaign will be taking place on 11 September 2025 at HMCS Carleton in Ottawa.

Last year, we raised over to $2 million nationally and provided funds to thousands of charities in more than 90 communities across Canada. We provide an amazing level of support to charities that make a real difference in our communities. These charities provide for many Canadians, sometimes even for members of our own Defence Team.

This is a campaign of choice. You choose which charities to give to and the form of payment. You can choose to give through Payroll deduction, Credit Card, PayPal, Cheque or Cash. Learn more about the NDWCC and ways to donate. Last year, we supported research for cures and treatment of illnesses, institutions that help the sick at home and abroad, and many other valuable charities.

We encourage you to take part in the events and activities taking place in your region. We also want to thank all the volunteers who organise and run the campaign across the country for their tremendous effort. Thank you, in advance, to the donors – there is no charitable campaign without you. So, whether it’s your first year, or your 30th year of giving, please give hope, give opportunity, and give generously.
