Annex C: Pre-Referral Delay - 2014-15
Charges referred to DMP during FY 14-15 and involving a delay of 90 days or more between the Record of Disciplinary Proceedings being signed and the referral being received by DMP.
QR&O article 107.015 provides that a charge is laid when it is reduced to writing in Part 1 of the Record of Disciplinary Proceedings and signed by a person authorized to lay charges.
