(AC) Hey, everyone. I'm Corporal Chouinard, and I'm posted at CFB Edmonton, and I'm super happy to be proud… uh, to be part of the Invictus Games. So, today, I'll be doing the 60-second challenge to answer some questions.

"If you could trade places with another athlete for the day, which sport would you play?"

Wheelchair rugby.

"When did you start rowing?"

I started rowing two months ago.

"How do you stay positive and focused before competitions?"

That's a really good question, 'cause I… (laughter) I'm having a hard time to focus, but seeing my teammates around me, that's how I stay positive.

"How do you deal with adv– "

Non. No, that one. (laughter)

"What did you learn from your fellow athletes?"

That anything is possible. Uhm… Yeah.

"What is like… What is… it is like competing in the Invictus Games?"

Uhm… it's an experience of a lifetime, and it feels like a dream.

"How did being a CAF member prepare you for participating at such a high-profile event?"

Uhm, t's good to be on time. So timing, for sure, and discipline. (laughter)

(Woman's voice) Woohoo!

(CA) Hopefully you don't use these questions again, eh, I'm like… (laughter)

(Woman's voice) Veux-tu essayer en français au cas où?

(Pause)

(Woman's voice) Okay, c'est correct.
