Martin Pierre, DND: The Transport Electrical Mechanical Engineering, or TEME Building, is a state of the art facility regrouping all unit elements located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

It was designed with a targeted focus on environmental responsibility and was actually awarded the LEED gold certification for high environmental performance.

Special features include a rainwater reclaimer for wash bays and toilets, radiant floor heating, and windows designed to reduce heat fluctuation.

Over time, all of these energy efficiencies not only help the environment, they also lead to a significant drop in operating costs.

It’s an efficient, warm, and environmentally friendly space for people to work.

Martin Pierre, MND : L’édifice de Transport et génie électrique et mécanique (l’édifice TGEM) est un établissement ultramoderne qui regroupe tous les aspects de l’unité situé à Halifax, en Nouvelle-Écosse.
