Employees: Confirm Home/Mailing Address in PeopleSoft and Phoenix

Please take a moment to ensure that both your home and mailing address are correct in the PeopleSoft (HRMS). The Phoenix pay system uses the mailing address when sending paper correspondence to employees. If you have not yet entered your mailing address into HRMS, you will need to create one.
To update or add your address in HRMS, select Self-Service > Personal Information > Home and Mailing Address from the Main Menu. More detailed instructions on updating your address can be found on the Pay and benefits website (link accessible only on the National Defence network).
Once you have updated your address in HRMS – please ensure you review and confirm the change has updated in Phoenix:
- Log into Phoenix Employee Self Service to view your Personal Information
- Home/Mailing Address can be found in the Personal Information Summary
Employees who are currently on leave without pay or who do not have access to the DWAN will require support to ensure home and mailing addresses are updated. In these cases, please contact HR Connect RH (for DND employees only).
