Improvements coming soon to Assyst - What you should know!

Good news, Assyst is currently being upgraded to improve how IT services are offered to you and your team! As a part of the Enterprise Information Technology Service Management (EITSM) (Accessible only on the National Defence network)  Self-Service Portal, the Assyst upgrade includes new features that will enable a better performance and enhance user experience.

The new upgrade will be much more intuitive and user friendly, with better features such as big icons for popular service requests displayed on the main page. This will allow users to save time by avoiding long searches for popular requests such as requesting a new DWAN account.

Deployments begin on December 18, 2020 and end on January 31, 2021. For specific deployment dates and project updates please visit the EITSM project page (intranet site).
