Transforming to serve you better!
To serve you better, we are working on a series of forms-related transformation initiatives. We are:
- Leveraging the capabilities of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), allowing us to transition the DFC to a more robust platform, and enhance national forms with new capabilities, such as:
- using “QR codes” for automatic data collection from completed forms
- enabling adaptive forms which adjust to your device (tablet, smartphone, computer)
- leveraging forms to automate business processes
- Increasing the number of forms with e-signature capabilities.
- Establishing improved National Forms Services standards of service.
- Updating DAOD 6001-2 to better reflect current and future direction of national forms at DND/CAF.
