Thank you Defence Team Public Servants – 2020 Public Service Employee Survey

As of January 29, the 2020 Public Service Employee Survey (PSES) is now closed, and I would like to thank all of you who took the time to share your opinions and perspectives with us.

This year, 53 per cent of National Defence employees completed the survey. Your participation is very important to me and your managers. It helps us understand both the successes and the challenges you are experiencing in the workplace, especially during these extraordinary times. Your contribution will enrich our efforts to build a healthy and respectful workplace.

DND’s results, along with those of other participating public service organizations, will be posted on the GCintranet in spring 2021. Your managers and I are committed to following up on the results, and we will communicate our ongoing efforts to you. In anticipation of receiving the results, let’s continue to work collaboratively on the implementation of our action plans and initiatives.
