Whether you are a football fan or not, you don’t want to miss the chance to join in a Black History Month huddle with two Canadian NFL players.
This Black History Month, Defence Team members are invited to participate in an exclusive conversation with two Canadian football players currently playing for the Dallas Cowboys.

Diversity and inclusion is a Defence priority
A renewed focus in Canada has been placed on removing systemic racism from our institutions, and from our culture. The Defence Team is building on this focus and is committed to develop and support a diverse and inclusive workplace. Inaction is not an option and everyone should demand that we do better. For some the question is, where do we start?
Together, we recognize the contributions of Black Canadians in making our country one that is culturally diverse, compassionate and prosperous. Black History Month provides an opportunity to do just that: to open the dialogue, learn from one another and put #WordsToAction.
Together we can demand better,
