Today’s changing business environment requires a learning landscape that combines collaborative and experiential approaches that go beyond traditional learning methods. Actionable Conversations offers an innovative, conversation-based approach to leadership coaching.

The Actionable Conversations platform is designed to help leaders who want to develop or improve specific people management and leadership skills (e.g., communication, leadership, collaboration, self-management, loyalty, trust) within their teams.

These conversations create a robust learning opportunity in a little over an hour and provide the following benefits:

- Managers gain confidence and credibility in front of their teams.

- Employees experience personal growth and strengthen connections with their peers.

This learning opportunity involves the following three steps:

1. Conversation Leader’s Preparation. A facilitator guide will be provided. Duration: approximately 45 minutes (at the leader’s discretion).

2. Facilitated Conversation. Duration: approximately one hour.

3. Action Habit Builder. Duration: one month. This step is completed through the online platform. After making a commitment, team members will receive an email or text message through the platform at the frequency they have set. These check-ins take less than 10 seconds.
