Record of employment

August 10, 2021 - Defence Stories

Are you looking for a copy of your Record of Employment (ROE)? An ROE provides information on your employment history and is the single most important document used by employees to apply for Employment Insurance benefits.

To obtain your ROE, you must contact Service Canada directly.

You can access your ROE electronically by signing in or registering for a My Service Canada Account.

If you need to request a paper copy of an already issued ROE, follow the Service Canada instructions.

**Please note: the Public Service Pay Centre does not have access to this information.

For more information, please consult Service Canada or contact the Employer Contact Centre at 1-800-367-5693.
