Implementing ADM(HR-Civ)’s 2021 Summer Directive & Guidance – Manager/Supervisor Information Sessions

National Defence Public Service managers and CAF managers of Public Service employees are invited to register to information sessions about the implementation of ADM(HR-Civ)’s 2021 Summer Directive & Guidance (D&G). Please note that the first sessions will be held on Monday, September 13.

The ADM(HR-Civ) Summer D&G provides information to manage and navigate in our current posture and resources available. The posture for many employees on bases and wings may not have changed that much during COVID-19, however, managers continue to face challenges as every employee’s questions and scenarios can be different. As a result, the guidance and directive has been turned into information sessions that will be held nationwide where managers/supervisors will gain practical insight to address those individual variables.

These sessions will go over the information captured in the Summer D&G and use scenarios to discuss how to address common questions managers may have in the current posture. By the end of the session, managers will gain insight on how to support a modern, flexible, and varied workforce in the current posture.

Products and resources will be shared after events for those who are unable to attend and to have on hand as a reference as we move forward.
