DND T4/Relevé 1 slips available on February 23, 2022

Tax slips for DND employees will be available on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
By March 4, 2022, employees registered with Canada Revenue Agency or Revenu Québec will be able to access their 2021 tax information via their MyAccount. Paper copies will be mailed to former employees and employees who are on leave and do not have access to Phoenix Self-Service by February 28, 2022.
Former employees and employees on leave can contact PSPC’s Client Contact Centre to receive a copy and verify their address if they do not receive their tax slips in the mail by March 7, 2022. Tax slips are mailed to the address recorded in Phoenix at the time the tax slip is issued. Please ensure your home and mailing address are correct.
Tax-related reminders for employees who were teleworking in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic:
- The province of work, for taxation purposes will not change.
- For 2021 tax slips, the “province of employment” reported in box 10 on the T4 is the employee’s normal work location.
- Employees will still receive a Relevé 1 where their province of employment is recorded as being located in Quebec.
