During the holiday season, and throughout the whole year, it is important to step away from our work and technology, and reconnect with ourselves and others. At times it can be hard to unplug from our responsibilities and our devices to spend quality time alone or with our friends and family. In this webinar, we will explore the concept of “unplugging”, how it contributes to our mental health and well-being, and how many of us got to be so tethered to our devices. This is not a phone ditching talk, but rather we will give tips for outsmarting our smart devices and making it so that we are the boss of our phones rather than the other way around.
