The SMSRC’s RE program is about:

More class members are being contacted to start participating in the program and some might still be uncertain. These information sessions might help you as a class member make an informed decision. Many class members who participated have said that what they shared helped them have meaningful conversations and find closure.

With an increasing number of class members being onboarded, we need people like you to engage with those who wish to share with Defence representatives. In the cohorts that have participated in the program as Defence representatives, many have said that it provided them with important insights about institutional culture and how they can contribute to a change for the better. They have the opportunity of sharing any potential learnings and suggestions for changing the culture and how sexual misconduct is handle with Chief – Professional Conduct and Culture.

If you have questions regarding these sessions or the program, we invite you to contact the RE program team by email at RE-DR@forces.gc.ca or by phone at 1-833-998-2048. All calls are automatically transferred to the SMSRC’s 24/7 line, where a counsellor can speak with you about the RE program.
