DND’s leadership is firmly committed to reviewing the survey results to identify key themes and trends.

Statistics Canada will release aggregate data for DND at the L1 organizational level on July 15, which will support further analysis. ADM(HR-Civ) will then work with L1s to help them gain a better understanding of what the results mean for their organizations, including areas where they can focus efforts for improvement moving forward.

For those who completed the survey, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your invaluable feedback. Your voice matters and makes a difference.

If you have any questions about the survey, please send an email to DND’s PSES Team.

Thank you,
Renée de Bellefeuille, CPHR
Assistant Deputy Minister (HR-Civ)
