Minister Sajjan to highlight long-term investments to enhance the Royal Canadian Navy’s capabilities

As part of the Government of Canada’s commitment to invest in the Canadian Armed Forces, the Defence Minister Harjit S. Sajjan, will announce investments for the acquisition and sustainment of equipment for the Royal Canadian Navy.

Through Strong, Secure, Engaged, the Department of National Defence is committed to ensuring the Royal Canadian Navy has the modern equipment it needs to monitor and defend Canadian waters, and to continue making significant contributions to international operations.
