Update: Minister Anand to hold media availability on Report to Parliament on Arbour recommendations

On December 13, 2022, Defence Minister Anita Anand will deliver a Report to Parliament on Culture Change Reforms in Response to Former Supreme Court Justice Arbour’s Recommendations. This Report fulfils Recommendation 47 of the Independent External Comprehensive Review of the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces, which states that “As a first step, the Minister should inform Parliament by the end of the year of the recommendations in this Report that she does not intend to implement.”
